Arthur G. Altschul, Jr., Chairman of the Board
Arthur is a founder of Diaz & Altschul Group, LLC, a merchant banking organization that provides investment banking and advisory services. He serves on the Boards of Directors of many prominent private and public companies including General American Investors, Inc., Medicis Pharmaceuticals, Delta Opportunity Fund, Ltd., Microbes, Inc., Kimeragen, Inc., The Fragrance Counter, Inc. and the Overbrook Foundation, a $150 million not-for-profit foundation. Arthur holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Columbia University.
James Kollegger Jim is one of the pioneers of the electronic information industry. He is CEO of Genesys Partners, Inc., Managing Director of Genesys Angelbridge Fund I, L.P. and was founder of EIC/Intelligence, Inc., one of the earliest database publishing companies. He was instrumental in the growth of the Information Industry Association, a trade group of more than 600 members including Dow Jones, D&B , AT&T and IBM serving the emerging electronic information marketplace.
Robert Montgomery
Robert has provided consulting services, seed capital and management services to small, high technology companies for the past 15 years. He served as President/COO of Crop Genetics, Inc., a publicly-held agricultural biotechnology company, and was Executive Vice President of European American Bank. At Corning Glass Works he served as Vice President of Strategic Planning. Robert earned his A.B. from Harvard University and M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
Bill Murphy
Bill started his career as an electronics engineer at General Electric and was Director of Internet Marketing for Hewlett-Packard, where he was employed for thirty years. He is on the boards of many businesses and cultural institutions and is a member of the American Management Association and The Conference Board. He and his wife own Clos LaChance Wines, Inc., a rapidly-growing premium wine company located in Saratoga, California. Bill holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Tufts University and an M.B.A. in Business Administration from San Diego State University.
Richard Spizzirri
Richard is Senior Counsel at Davis Polk & Wardwell. He has been on the Boards of Directors of numerous technology and biotech companies throughout his career, and is currently a Board member of five public companies: Sugen, Centocor, Advanced Polymer Devices, Broadcast Partners and Stuart Entertainment. He is a Trustee of the Juilliard School and is Chairman of its Budget and Audit Committees. Richard received his A.B. from Brown University and J.D. from Harvard University.

Stuart Gannes
Stuart is Vice President of the Internet Applications Organization at AT&T. He is a Director of Improvenet and was Founder and CEO of Books At Work, an award-winning graphics software company that pioneered the use of PCs for home improvement and gardening applications. He was a journalist for Time, Fortune, Discover and PC Letter, and a John S. Knight Journalism Fellow at Stanford University. Stuart earned a B.A. from the University of Michigan and an Ed.M. from Harvard University.
Gideon Gartner
Gideon founded Gartner Group, Inc., the world's leading decision-support firm in the computer, telecommunications and office industries, with $800 million in annualized revenues. He also founded SoundView Financial Group (now Wit SoundView), a broker-dealer providing computer industry-related investment advice and banking services, and Giga Information Group, the fastest-growing firm in the IT advisory space. He serves on several advisory boards of venture capital firms and start-up Internet companies. Gideon earned his university degrees (B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and M.S. in Management) from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Bruce Judson
Bruce is the best-selling author of Hyperwars: 11 Strategies for Success in the Era of Online Business and Netmarketing: How Your Business Can Profit from the Online Revolution, which were among Amazon's best-selling books. He is currently a faculty fellow at the Yale School of Management and on the advisory board of Genesys Angelbridge Fund. He was General Manager of Time Inc. New Media, where he co-founded Pathfinder, one of the earliest portals on the Internet.
Matt Rothman
Matt is a strategic Internet consultant for companies such as Levi's, Ericsson, Visa USA and several start-up Internet companies. He was Senior Vice President of Sony New Technologies, where he created sony.com and developed and launched TheStation@sony.com. He was Director of Business Development for GetMedia and Thinking Media, and a business journalist specializing in technology at Business Week and the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. Matt holds a B.A. in Economics from Hampshire College.
Brian Smiga Brian is a 12-year senior management veteran of start-up technology companies and is currently President & CEO of 3Path. He most recently served as Senior Vice President for Marketing and Business Development at ExchangePath, a CMGI company. Before that, Brian was Co-Founder and President of two award-winning companies: Actioneer.com and Daytoday.com. He has co-authored patents for Actioneer and 3Path; was a pioneer of graphical, easy-to-use award-winning products like Actioneer, Dynodex and DynoPage; and taught at private schools and at Booz-Allen & Hamilton. Brian graduated from Trinity College, Dublin and Swarthmore College.
Barry Uphoff Barry is a Vice President and Partner with Diamond Technology Partners, where he is a digital strategy practitioner and leader in its capital investing activities. He has helped build and sell two successful web-based businesses (Athletica.com and Strategicus Partners). He serves on the Boards of Net Value Holdings, Inc., a leading Internet incubator that makes seed stage investments in technology companies possessing profitable business models and strong management teams. Barry was a Rhodes Scholar at Oxford University, holds a B.S. in Biology and Chemistry from Johns Hopkins University and earned an M.B.A. in Finance and Health Care from the University of Chicago.
